After choosing to compete in the Long Course Wales event in Tenby and preparing for a 1.2-mile swim, a 70-mile bike ride and a half-marathon (Chris Morgan is actually competing in the full Iron Man distance), we decided it would be a great opportunity to raise some money for the Ted Senior Foundation and support their wonderful work promoting mental health and preventing suicide.
